Woof & BOOP is named after two dog-related terms:
Woof. noun, verb. [wuf]
The sound of a dog barking.
Boop. verb. [bOOp]
A gentle, affectionate tap on the nose of a pet.
The former is a classic onomatopoeia that traces back to at least the 1800s. The latter is a fun and modern term that took off in the digital Instagram era of 2010s and later.
Where are your products manufactured?
Woof & BOOP sources our merchandise from various countries including the United States, and members of the European Union and Asia.
Do you ship to _____?
At this time, Woof & BOOP only ships to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow for 2-3 business days for our team to to process your order. After your order has been processed, we aim for a two-week shipping window, inclusive of personalizing your product.
That being said, there are times when shipping can take up to 3 weeks for you to receive your order. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy on non-personalized items; however, these items must be unworn, and unwashed, and all tags/packaging items must be intact. All personalized items are final sale. Read our entire return policy here.
